Recluse
"Recluse" is a coffin build with a spicy secret inside that not only looks a bit dangerous but actually adds just a bite of chime to the otherwise surprisingly dark, compressed tone. Seriously, tap that spider. You'll hear a distinctly creepy ring.
Of course, this has a maple neck. The headstock has been scorched black and the body and offset with a laser engraved maple truss rod cover. The body has been laser cut and trimmed with rivets and painted and dyed flat black with a blackened walnut backing and color-shifting shimmery green on the inside. Hardware is black, chrome, and copper. Up front is a raw, basic humbucker with a lot of raw kick. Rounding out the electrics are the usual assortment of bits with tone and volume. It's loud, it's brutal, and just a bit unrefined in a good way.
Strung with D'Addario 46/36/26 stings and tuned to DAD.
