Quill

Every cigar box has its own unique sonic qualities and this build is no different. "Quill" is a gritty, dirty three string guitar in a clean white suit and in my mind it's kinda like seeing and hearing an egret in a swamp.

Black hardware bits and flashes of chrome can be found throughout. A P90 with tone and volume drive the electrics, while laser cut f-holes and reverb springs drive the acoustic side of things while delivering just enough induction to make themselves known when plugged in. This build has warm buttery tone with a touch of throaty midrange resulting in what I can only describe as nice and swampy - if you can imagine seeing that egret in a swamp with a guitar being strummed in the background, well, that's the sound.

As always, a rosewood fretboard sits on a hard maple neck finished with tung oil because that's how I build 'em. Strung with Ernie Ball strings and tuned to DAD.
