A statement on female objectification and the male gaze.

I realize that this might seem strange coming from a pinup and fantasy artist but I am actually acutely aware of the problems associated with the objectification of women in western art and daily life. There a lot of unexamined assumptions about what constitutes beauty and it's something I wanted to tackle head on and remember in my work.
