"Lyric" is a silver accented, straightforward three-string cigar box guitar with drive and bright, complex undertones balanced with good attack.
As with all of my other builds, this guitar features a hard maple neck with an Indian rosewood fretboard. The headstock is a modern in-line style with a black truss rod cover capping the neck. Under the hood there is a P90 pickup running straight to an output jack with only a simple volume control to get in the way of the signal. Resonator springs run under the pickup for extra inductance and reverberation. Laser cut f-holes flank the pickup and feature prominently on the face.
Strung with Ernie Ball strings and tuned to DAD.
