La Brasa

This rustic build was born in fire and hand-rubbed with a bit of New Mexico. Fire-treated cigar box scraps have been disassembled and recombined for a saucy, charred flavor that is something a bit special.

This three-string build features a flame-roasted maple neck, rosewood fingerboard, and a box assembled from rough hewn and charred scraps from various other cigar boxes. Laser-cut f-holes and an engraved zia feature on the box face with the Mooncaster logo and build info engraved on the reverse. A back panel panel allows access to the electrics, which include tone and volume controls and a Puretone output jack. A three-pole humbucker enhances the natural woody warmth this guitar produces.

Strung with Ernie Ball strings and is currently tuned to FAC.
